Ivo and Randy are lazy, vindictive, curse everything around them and are not averse to shooting at their young intern Coco (Cornelius) and the rest of the show's heroes. The comical situations that unfortunate cops find themselves in usually stem from misunderstandings, ridiculous macho behavior and a desire to act with precision, as shown in American films. But unlike action heroes, Ivo and Randy contribute to the commission of crimes rather than prevent them.
