Young Muscovite Roma Shtorkin becomes part of an elite race of vampires — the secret rulers of the world — and his life is turned upside down. He receives the name Rama the Second, a mansion in the city center, and a life that yesterday's loader could not even dream of. But most importantly, he gains knowledge and power inaccessible to humans, with which he will have to learn to live.
