Former pilot Tony was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He is pursued by gypsies, who consider him guilty of the death of their relatives and are thirsty for revenge. While running away from them, he witnesses a murder and is captured by a strange gang preparing a major robbery. He is responsible for the death of one of the bandits, but their leader Charlie gradually warms up to him...
