Ashes in the Snow

In 1941, Soviet troops occupied Lithuania, after which the inhabitants of Lithuania were declared violators of the communist regime and enemies of the people and sent into exile to hard labor. The family of 16-year-old Lina is also sent into exile. The girl records all the horrors and hardships of their situation on paper.
