Babylon Berlin

The story takes place in Germany in the late 1920s and early 1930s, before the Nazis came to power. Police Commissioner Gereon Rath is responsible for solving various crimes in Berlin - from murders to drug trafficking. The main character sees how rapidly society is changing, and phenomena such as emancipation and extremism are coming to the fore.
