Banditskiy Peterburg: Baron

An old thief named “Baron” and his partner rob an art critic’s apartment and steal a Rembrandt painting. Soon "Baron" goes to prison. In prison, he instructs journalist Andrei Seregin, who writes on criminal topics, to take the painting from his woman and return it to the Hermitage. Seregin takes on the investigation alone. The investigation leads him to a more serious crime and soon people close to him die. The bandits, fearing that the story of the fake hanging in the Hermitage might come to light, are trying with all their might to prevent this from happening.
