Blind Date

A man goes blind when remembering his lost girlfriend, but doctors find nothing wrong with his eyes. He receives an experimental device that allows him to see via a computer interface and brain electrodes. His path crosses with a psychopathic taxi driver who performs fatal surgeries on young women.
