Boets 2: Rozhdenie legendy

This story begins in the mid-nineties, several years before the events described in the first part (the series “The Fighter”). Of course, it takes place in Rostov - not a real, but a mythical “fighting” city, where almost epic characters live - mysterious, powerful, overwhelmed by crazy passions, and at the same time completely socially defined and recognizable. The legend is told by the same Grandfather, an eternal wanderer in prisons and transfers. An experienced rascal, a “beaten convict” who loves to lie beautifully, with gusto, when describing to youngsters the epic adventures of the supermen of the criminal world. And this time the story will begin with a prison carriage, in which Grandfather is telling another tale. The true events will differ from the romantic version of Grandfather and, perhaps, will not be presented in direct chronological sequence, as is often the case in modern cinema.
