Braunschlag s01e02-06

In the outbuilding of one of the Berlin courtyards, a special task force apprehends the serial killer Gabriel Engel. The experienced Commissioner Seiler allows himself to celebrate this success excessively. He has no idea that the nightmare is just beginning. In the home village of policeman Michael Martens, a little girl was brutally murdered some time ago. Martens goes to Berlin to interrogate the arrested maniac. But instead of confessing to the crime, Gabriel Engel draws the village detective into a cunning game of good and evil, truth and lies. The tracks suddenly change direction. The real killer appears to be dangerously close to Martens.
