Call Me by Your Name

Italy, 1983. 17-year-old Elio spends the summer in a villa with his parents - an American professor and an Italian translator. A well-read and inquisitive young man, he dilutes the usual summer activities like swimming in the sea and lazy flirting with his friend Marcia by reading and transcribing classical music. One fine day, the serenity of the summer holiday is disrupted by the arrival of Elio’s father’s assistant, a young American scientist, Oliver.
