Bo is a succubus. Raised in a human family, she remained unaware of her true nature, considering herself a freak, while her inability to control her supernatural hunger made her a lonely fugitive leaving a trail of corpses behind. Everything changes when Bo comes to the attention of the Fae clans, who explain who she is. Unwilling to choose between the Light and Dark clans, Bo decides to take the side of humans. She is helped by a young Russian thief named Kenzi, a werewolf detective named Dyson, and Dr. Lauren, who studies the Fae.
