On June 22, 1941, the family celebrates their daughter’s birthday. This beautiful sunny day, joyful and cheerful. For the girl, it is filled with important events and adventures - her holiday is celebrated by the whole village. No one yet knows that dad will go to work in the regional center and return a few hours later in a militia uniform. To say goodbye to my family. And that at the moment of farewell, fascist troops will already be entering the village. And today everyone is having fun, singing songs and raising toasts to the future, to the happy life of the girl, without thinking that very soon life may suddenly end in this very place.
