Aaron is attending an Ivy League college in a software engineering program. At college, he meets Linda, a 34-year-old woman who has come there to try to improve her life. Linda becomes the first person to encourage Aaron to follow his dreams. And after she invites him to her home for dinner, Aaron even thinks that he is the happiest man in the world. But things get complicated when Linda's 14-year-old daughter, Beth, falls in love with her mother's new acquaintance. Aaron finds himself in the middle of a complex love triangle in which the laws of mathematics do not apply. Gradually, the hero of the film “Cherry” begins to understand that life can be much more complex than any engineering equations.
