Dangerous Individuals

Mike Sullivan leads a serial killer task force. But even he has never encountered anything like this. A tall man in a strange leather jacket ruthlessly shoots visitors at a gym. Someone who looks exactly like the perpetrator injects a paralyzing substance into another gymnast, drags her home, implants a 'bug' in her back, and returns the victim to the site of the abduction. It is soon established that there are two unidentified criminals; both possess superhuman abilities and are hunting each other. Sullivan stubbornly continues to follow the trail of someone or something that could turn Earth into a battlefield for 'aliens'...
