DAU. New Man

Maxim and his associates are participating in secret experiments to create a new person. The employees of the closed Institute are characterized by everything that Maxim despises: alcoholism, promiscuity, lack of will, loss of ideals and lack of faith in the future. The barmaid at the Institute, Vika, falls in love with a young communist, although his passion for eugenics and penchant for violence frighten her. Vika hopes that her passion and tenderness will soften Maxim, while state security officers closely monitor the development of their relationship.
