Down to the Bone

The film spans nearly three decades of Carolyn Briggs' life, culminating in a road accident that nearly kills her young daughter. After this, Carolyn and her rock musician husband believed in divine providence and as a result became members of a religious commune. However, events in her life take a toll on Carolyn's faith, leading to conflict between family and faith, love for her family and God.
