Dr. Anne Kuger, a former employee of a secret government laboratory, is in hiding with her daughter Joanna. The girl has unusual telepathic abilities, and the authorities want to use her gift in experiments. Years pass, Joanna grows up, but her past catches up with her again: agents connected to the laboratory and her mother’s dark past begin to hunt for her.
