Mike Sullivan runs the serial killer department. But even he had never seen anything like it. A tall man in a strange leather jacket mercilessly shoots gymnasium visitors. Someone who looks exactly like a criminal sticks a needle with a paralyzing agent into another gymnast, drags her to his home, implants a “bug” in her back and returns the victim to the scene of the abduction. It is soon established that there are two unidentified criminals, they both have superhuman abilities and are hunting each other.
