The Ensk zone is preparing to receive a delegation of foreign organizations. In order not to lose face, the management decides to temporarily replace real prisoners with actors. By accident, three prisoners are forgotten, so they have to be bailed out to local police. Another circumstance is heating up the explosive situation - the secret mining of diamonds, in which the prison authorities are participating along with the prisoners.
