The watchman and jokester of a garage cooperative gladly tells a variety of people who come to his guardhouse funny stories from his life. He has a philosophical character and a complicated past. He is an expert in many fields. He understands art, cinema, philosophy, and knows how to express his opinion. So he tells the guests various stories. Each episode of the film is a separate story from the life of the main character, who treats all events ironically.
