Residents of one of the apartments in the very heart of St. Petersburg are dreaming of moving away. Their chance is very close - one millionaire is ready to pay a decent amount for a dilapidated home. But according to the terms of the deal, each tenant must sign an agreement with a realtor, which turns out to be not so simple - not everyone is eager to leave their native walls and “break up their family.”
