Harold and Kumar are hoping to have a fun vacation in Amsterdam and broaden their minds, but overly vigilant fellow travelers mistake their friends for terrorists... The couple flees across the country from the authorities, who suspect two stoned terrorists of being terrorists after they unsuccessfully tried to smuggle a hookah for smoking weed onto the plane flying to Amsterdam...
