Hotel Coppelia

1965, Santo Domingo. A revolution began in the Dominican Republic, and then US President Lyndon Johnson sent American troops into the country, fearing another communist regime at hand. The historical events are observed by cabaret workers, whose clients were first representatives of the junta, then American interventionists. While some girls pretend that nothing is happening, others join the revolutionaries.
