I Don't Trust Men Anymore

Vasilisa Kremneva is a senior employee of the press center of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. She has just been awarded the rank of lieutenant colonel, but Vasilisa has long dreamed of doing real business. After all, instead of catching criminals, she is forced to work as a “talking head” - telling viewers about the achievements of law enforcement agencies. However, despite all her requests, the authorities refuse to transfer the beauty, who has long become the “face” of the committee, to operational work. A chance helps a girl radically change her life. Vasilisa finds her loved one and colleague, investigator Stepan, with another woman. She once forgave him for his betrayal, but she no longer intends to tolerate it. Vasilisa leaves him, leaves home and settles in the suburbs with a good-natured kindergarten teacher, Katya. As it turns out, Katya is passionate about astrology; she judges people's actions by their date of birth and the characteristics of their zodiac sign. Vasilisa never believed in horoscopes and at first did not attach importance to Katerina’s words. But when together they managed to solve several cases, Vasilisa is finally convinced that they are a great team. She leaves the Investigative Committee and, together with Katya, opens her own detective agency, Vasilisa. Each detective has her own approach to the investigation. Vasilisa thinks logically, finds patterns and uses investigative experience. Katya follows exclusively her intuition and powers of observation and bases her conclusions on the interpretation of horoscopes. The partners often argue, but as a result they manage not only to solve another complicated case, but also to earn the respect of their colleagues. The only person who does not believe in the heroine’s detective talent and is skeptical about all her achievements is Stepan. He makes fun of Vasilisa, although he does not give up trying to earn forgiveness and bring her back.
