Istalgiya

The film reveals three love stories, three European cities, three storylines. Wise in life and already quite middle-aged, Ruslana (an emigrant from Ukraine) and Vladan (an emigrant from Serbia) are trying to create their own happiness in Munich. But their internal connection with Kyiv and Belgrade is still quite strong. In parallel, the film develops the Kyiv love story of Ruslana’s 23-year-old son Bogdan and 22-year-old singer Maria, as well as the denouement of the Belgrade love triangle of Vladan’s son Zoran and the married couple Jalena and Gunter.
