Ivanko

The plot of “Ivanko” centers on the friendly relations of three women: the modest English teacher and psychologist Valya, the dance teacher and broken toastmaster Nastya, and the biology teacher Yaroslava. The heroines are just over 30, and each of them thinks that their friend’s problems are much more serious than her own. On the one hand, the desire to help and teach everyone about life at all costs looks comical, on the other hand, this intervention helps to understand that they are actually unhappy, and it’s time to sort it out. But this path turns out to be not so simple. In the pursuit of happiness, friends constantly stumble, step on the same rake, exacerbating the already pressing problems with their personal lives, work, and parents.
