Russian woman Natasha comes to Korea to Jeju Island. According to the will of the teacher who taught her Korean painting in Moscow, she plans to capture the Korean landscape. But she cannot overcome her loss and is unable to draw. She meets a Korean man named Kim, a frail-looking man with mental trauma caused by memories of his participation in the Vietnam War. Natasha begins to communicate with him with interest. Kim's pure and sincere love, which does not require an answer, helps Natasha experience subtle feelings of love and finish working on the painting.
