During another attempt to build socialism in a single African country, a detachment of Soviet paratroopers - “internationalists” rescues a black boy and takes him to the USSR. The Soviet Union collapsed, and the child grew up in an orphanage, knowing nothing about his origins: you never knew there were many “festival children” in the Land of the Soviets? But just before leaving for the army, fate brings him together with a cute blonde girl who dreams of a musical career. It is through her that the key to solving the mystery of the birth of a handsome black man is found - a mystery of international significance!
