Student Noelle is studying art, but her work lacks emotional expressiveness. One day, a girl is invited by an acquaintance, Luke, to a party at the dormitory, takes her to his room and rapes her. And then he behaves as if nothing had happened. Noel tries to report the incident to the university leadership, but is met with indifference. Deciding to sort things out with Luke, the girl accidentally kills him, after which she begins to deal with other local rapists. By killing, Noel receives a charge of creative inspiration.
