Mudhoney

The film takes place in the US during the Depression in the 1930s. Caliph McKinney, on his way to California, stops to earn money on a small farm in Missouri with Lute Wade. Living with them on the farm are Lute's niece, the beautiful Hannah, and her husband Sidney, a slacker and drunkard who is just waiting for Lute's death to take over his farm. Between drinking cheap booze and visiting the local brothel, Sydney also has the strength to occasionally beat his wife. Then, you understand, the mistress and the farmhand have an affair...
