Murder at the Presidio

In the history of the US military base Presidio, located near San Francisco, there are many glorious pages associated with the military valor of its soldiers and officers. But there is one that army officials would prefer to tear out once and for all. One day, the body of a dead woman was discovered on the base. Judging by the evidence, the unfortunate woman was killed during a robbery. At least, this is the version from the very beginning that the army tried to impose on Inspector James Chandler, who arrived from the military prosecutor’s office. But the more actively the warriors urge him to accept their point of view, the more clearly he understands: they are trying to hide the truth from him.
