Cybernetics has become so powerful that any part of the body can be replaced, even the brain. This super technology produces creatures that are more cyborgs than human. Secret agent Alex, after numerous injuries, underwent cybernetic surgery. He tried to refuse to return to duty, but he was accused of smuggling and had a bomb implanted in his heart, which could be detonated at any moment. Now Alex has no choice, he must find a stolen computer chip that terrorists are desperately hunting for. This chip is the key to the cyborgs' plan to seize power on Earth.
