New York, or It Doesn't Count

A story about yesterday's students from the suburbs of New York who dream of conquering Manhattan in the 1980s. College graduate Jimmy is passionate about photography and is just beginning to find his own style. After graduating, he returns home to Long Island and meets his ex-girlfriend Jill. Energetic, confident, Jill wants to move to Manhattan to become a designer, but she's afraid she might miss out on her chance because of Jimmy. Their destinies are intertwined with other heroes who are also looking for their happiness.
