Nick is a fan of actress Jill Goddard and editor of her unofficial website. He wins a competition, the main prize of which is dinner with the star after the presentation of her new film. During an online report from the presentation, which is broadcast through Nick's website, a bell rings and a man introducing himself as Cord announces to him that the dinner is cancelled.
