Operatsiya «Eniki-Beniki»

The main character, an 8-year-old boy, manages to cause a lot of trouble to many adults in one day. By his grace, a performance at a local theater is almost disrupted, a carefully prepared matchmaking almost goes wrong, a police squad loses those arrested, and two people (one of them is elderly and respectable) run around the city all day long, trying to get rid of the pair of handcuffs that have bound them. But the boy, in general, did not want anything bad: he simply decided to find his dad, whom he had never seen.
