Orleans

A storm is approaching a Russian provincial town with the unusual name of Orleans. So far, its residents have no idea about her: the hairdresser Lida sleeps with just anyone; doctor Rudik takes girls to him, taking advantage of his official position; the policeman does not hesitate to kill; and the magician really seems to be sawing through the girls on stage.
