A film telling about the difficult fate of a woman in modern society. The main character of this film is an ordinary American housewife Meg. She is sexually assaulted by the janitor and accidentally kills him during the struggle. Fearing the punishing sword of justice, she flees to another city, where she is also harassed by all sorts of people in whose houses she stays.
