About the movie

Several brutal murders were committed. The main suspect is former prisoner George Marlowe. He himself denies in every possible way his involvement in the crimes. Inspector Jane Tennison faces a difficult task. She must either find evidence of Marlowe's guilt or find the true killer. Can a fragile woman do this?
