Ilona and Viktor did everything quickly in their relationship. After meeting and falling in love, they didn't waste any time getting married. Immediately after, they bought an apartment—on a mortgage, of course. After the purchase, they did an expensive, high-quality renovation... which, naturally, killed all the love. The housewarming coincided with their divorce. Our heroes broke up and wanted to move out, but it wasn't that simple. It turned out that a beautiful apartment with a hefty mortgage and illegal structural changes is not so easy to sell, especially for a decent price.
