A master of the art of ninjutsu, Cho, nicknamed the Black Ninja, moves with his son to the United States and starts a new life after a group of ninjas kill almost all members of his family in Japan. Cho opens a toy store, unaware that his nefarious partner is smuggling heroin into dolls. The realization that his partner and friend betrayed him becomes the last straw in the Black Ninja’s patience.
