Sanctuary s01e01-03

Helena comes to visit her twin sister Siri at an upscale sanatorium located in the Italian Alps. Tension quickly begins to build between them as she refuses her relative's rather unusual request. Siri wants Helena to impersonate her for a few days. The next day, Helena discovers that her sister is missing, and the clinic is not a heavenly place at all. But escaping from there is not the most important task. First of all, she needs to survive. After all, each of the patients and their doctors represents a hidden threat.
