Saturday, Sunday and Friday

In all three segments, the main characters find themselves in comical situations. In the first, an Italian company, expecting the arrival of a Japanese engineer, sends its employee as his guide, but then it turns out that the engineer is a woman. In the second, a truck driver, at the request of a neighbor, pretends to be her husband while her parents from Sicily pay the girl a visit. In the third, a theater director faces the difficult task of disrupting his dancer's marriage plans so that she remains in the troupe.
