The talented surgeon Tatyana Krupnova and her brothers - the athlete-climber Nikita and the family lawyer Alexander - did not maintain a relationship for a long time. Years later, they gather at the house of their mother Natalya and stepfather Ilya, who live in the mountains, not far from the Vershina mountaineering base. The reason for the reunion of the Krupnovs is the release from prison of the father of the family, Mikhail. But he, for unknown reasons, breaks off relations with relatives and disappears without a trace. Alexander goes in search of his father, and meanwhile Tatiana has a mysterious pursuer. Two generations of Krupnovs will have to go through lies and betrayals, overcome mutual grievances, desperately protect their loved ones, and finally find a home and a real family.
