9 “A” was an exemplary class while their class teacher was Anatoly Germanovich Nosov, a strong and experienced teacher, recognized as Teacher of the Year in 2009. After his sudden illness, 9-A is left without a strong hand. The myth of the exemplary class is collapsing, discipline is bursting at the seams. Nosov's granddaughter, Anya Nosova, turns out to be perhaps the most difficult teenager at school.
