There is a scandal in the family of the famous businessman Oleg Prokopyev: the youngest daughter Varvara is not related to him or his wife Anna. It turns out that the nurse in the maternity hospital mixed up the children, whose last names differed by only one letter: Alexandra Prokofieva was born at the same time as Varvara Prokopyeva. After 15 years, the truth is revealed, and fate pits Oleg against Maria, Alexandra’s mother. Both families are faced with the question: what to do next? The heroes will have to go through many trials, choosing between duty and what the heart dictates, facing difficulties and surprises, experiencing the return of old problems and coping with inappropriately flaring up feelings.
