Shogun's Samurai

Japan, early 17th century. English navigator John Blackthorn is shipwrecked and ends up in the Land of the Rising Sun, closed to Europeans, where he goes from being a prisoner on the brink of life and death to the right hand of the samurai Toranaga, who is struggling for power.
