About the movie
An incredible story that happened at one of the government dachas in Crimea. It happened in August 1991, when three mafia leaders were freed under an amnesty. Upon leaving prison, the bandits immediately get down to business and come under KGB surveillance. Special agent Stepan Saturday is sent to fight the mafia.
