Some truth

A brutal murder was committed in Sandomierz, a small town in southeastern Poland. The naked body of a young woman, a beloved public figure, was dumped in a public place. The manner in which her life was taken suggests that it was a ritual murder. Local law enforcement officers, under the leadership of the until recently star of the capital’s prosecutor’s office, Theodor Shatsky, will have to not only solve the criminal mystery, but also confront the city’s panic-stricken society (in the original it was “public opinion”).
