In 2024, the world is still in the grip of a dangerous virus. Those infected are forcibly removed from their homes and sent to ominous quarantine camps. Courier Niko has a rare immunity to the disease and moves freely around the city. When his girlfriend Sarah becomes infected, Niko realizes that the military has already come for her and he has only a few hours to save his beloved.
