Sonka: Prodolzhenie legendy

The time of action is 1905, perhaps the most tragic year in Russian history. Defeat in the Russo-Japanese War, lack of faith in the future, general decline in morality and ethics; Decadence becomes fashion, and opium consumption also becomes fashion. Terrorists, bombers, revolutionaries, Jewish pogroms, despair hanging in the air... Against this background, the drama of Sonya and her daughters, Tabba and Michelina, develops. If Tabba is the famous prima of the operetta of St. Petersburg, then the younger Michelina trades in theft together with her mother. All three experience true drama: from hope for the best to complete collapse.
